Hey
I am interesting in worldbuilding and just wondering a few things about this setting to aid me in helping out.
A. What races are common?
B. How common are PC classes particularly casters?
C. What needs work right now?

Hey browman,
Firstly let me say welcome onboard!
As for your questions, here are my answers for them
A) the common races are (in rough order): Humans Elves Dwarves Concilia (Rat-Kin) Half Orcs
I would say between them they make up about 70% of the population (but that's very much a rough figure).
B) PC classes are relatively uncommon. To steal an idea from another setting (Eberron) I like the idea of NPC classes forming the majority of the world, with PC classes being something special. So for example, priests may not necessarily be Clerics, they may be Experts of perhaps Adepts (using the religious Adept idea from Eberron).
C) What we need right now are more sites across the world, nations, explanations on certain races (including the less common PHB races) and the such like. However, if you have an idea for something else then by all means go for it and let your imagination run. After all this is a shared creative process and I am hoping to really make something of this.

cool
first thing I thought of was a collection of city states on continent to the west of one with existing kingdoms. Will focus on sea power and have colonies on islands and nearby lands. Somewhat of an ancient greek theme.
Will post more up later tonight.
