Floor 1 seems more natural, easier to build

I am very much a fan of option 1, looks good to me.

New floor texture. Thanks for voting, I made a few changes to get the pattern to break up a bit more and look a bit more natural. I have started to add a few details in the kitchen. Store room and toilets are complete for the moment, as are the stairs. Windows and door have been added. Once again can you all please be critical of anything you don't like, or think could be done better, or you would like to see. Sometimes I get blinkers on and cannot see the wood for the trees so the feedback is really important for me. Thanks in advance.

I like it, though I think the big room should have some tables and an skewered boar or deer roasting by the fire.

update. Done some rework on the kitchen, Private dining room done (unless you can think of anything else to go in there), bar added, and started to put table and chairs in the main bar area.
